Welding Considerations
- Appearance: visible seams call for careful horn design and tuned weld settings to limit flash and marking.
- Heat-sensitive parts: ultrasonic welding heats only the joint, but parameters should be set to protect electronics inside.
- Tooling: LED products come in many shapes, so custom tooling is usually required.
