JSB Ultrasonic accepts return requests for eligible new products, including defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions of this policy and applicable law.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must meet the applicable eligibility and condition requirements and may be inspected before a return is approved.
Customers should contact JSB Ultrasonic before returning a product to confirm eligibility, obtain return instructions, and arrange an in-store return.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact JSB Ultrasonic within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, invoice details, and reason for requesting the return.
- Follow our team’s instructions for product inspection and in-store return.
- Wait for confirmation of the return decision and any applicable refund arrangements.
3. Refund Policy and Processing Time
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3 days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund.
A restocking fee of 40% of the product price applies to eligible returns where permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed and agreed to before purchase. Any applicable deduction will be communicated as part of the refund calculation.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
4. Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are not accepted under our standard exchange policy. Customers who receive defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products should contact JSB Ultrasonic so that the matter can be reviewed under the applicable return, warranty, and consumer protection requirements.
5. Final Sale and Refund Conditions
Customers should carefully review product specifications, compatibility, electrical requirements, customization details, and order information before completing a purchase.
Except for returns accepted under the return policy above and remedies required by applicable law, sales are final. Requests for cancellation, replacement, returns, or refunds will be assessed according to the applicable purchase terms and legal requirements.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
6. Damaged Products Received on Delivery
If a product arrives damaged, please notify JSB Ultrasonic within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. Transportation damage should be reported immediately upon delivery whenever possible.

- Clear photographs or video showing the damage.
- Photographs of the packaging, where available.
Verification and Resolution
After receiving the report and supporting evidence, JSB Ultrasonic will assess the issue and communicate an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable purchase terms, warranty conditions, and law.
Important Notes
- Report visible transportation damage immediately upon delivery and submit your claim within 72 hours.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or incorrect installation is not covered by the damaged-on-delivery process.
- Claims received after the stated period may be reviewed where required by applicable law or relevant warranty obligations.

7. Product Information

8. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Full payment is required before dispatch unless different written terms have been agreed upon.
- Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be communicated during the purchase process.
9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
JSB Ultrasonic reserves the right to review, refuse, or cancel orders where justified by circumstances such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspicious transactions, or payment issues.
If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
10. Warranty Policy
Where a warranty is provided, its duration and coverage will be specified in the applicable warranty documentation or written purchase terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable warranty, coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not ordinarily cover misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JSB Ultrasonic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
