Exception – Damaged Product Returns will only be accepted under the following condition:
The product is received in a damaged condition
The issue is reported within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery
Proper photo/video proof of the damage is provided
After verification, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Important Notes Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be considered
Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or installation is not covered
Transportation damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
